In the US, it's Veteran's Day!
Thanks to the generosity of many restaurants, it's no longer necessary to buy them dinner!
But you can still buy your favorite veteran a drink!
You can still get them laid.
You can say, "Thanks!"
I'm old enough and been out long enough to remember when Veteran's Day was merely a day without mail where the banks were closed.
That was wrong.

I drove in the Austin Veteran's Day Parade. I didn't have the honor this year of having a veteran ride with me, but I hope those that were along the route enjoyed seeing all of the Corvettes.
