I notice that NASCAR is running without spectators.
I know, I know, how's that different from last year?
Other sports are, apparently going to play without the fans as well.
As if the fans attendance doesn't matter.
Not "as if", your attendance and support doesn't matter.
At least it doesn't matter yet.
At present the sports are being paid by others because they believe the advertising will pry filthy lucre from the viewers. Physical attendance doesn't matter to this revenue stream.
But, eventually, it could.
What the fans need to do to get their chosen sport to cater to them instead of third parties who don't like the sport, or the fans, only the money; is to deny the advertisers the money.
They have to get letters explaining how you were a customer, and now aren't.
They (most importantly) have to see a dip in sales.
So you have to kill what you love to save it.
If it doesn't return... are you really out anything?

NASCAR has banned the Confederate 'Stainless Banner' flag, and will have a BLM car.
