Mission Accomplished

Took lots of breaks to prevent heat stroke.

It's been around the block.

New clutch feels good.

New shifter... WOW.  You just don't realize how sloppy a worn one is when you're the one wearing it out every day.

Thanks to JT for the loaned tools and cool, level head.

Next item on the punch list is to wash, wash and clean.

Updated to add some shifter pics!

  2. Hey Angus;

    Miguel is right, we need video, and I like that old school shifter ball. I had a "moonies" shifter ball on my Ranger. You have done excellent work, and I speak from experience since I rebuilt several Tauruses and a Ranger. Hey I used to build cars for a living...

  3. Congrats on a good job. At least you know every things back in place and torqued. Filled with good juice and ready to go. A big effort to do on the floor and on your back. You can be proud of it,Allan
