"Is there a riot?" is a binary question.
Yes or no.
There really isn't a "more riot" situation.
Either there's rioting or there isn't.
For there to be "more" rioting then you'd have to have riots in new places.
All of the places that will tolerate riots have riots.
All of the places that don't, have quelled the riots to nothing.
So how do you get "more" riots should Amy C. Barrett is confirmed?
You're already rioting every place where you won't be shot dead for doing so and you're not rioting where you will (mostly but the day's early).
