Can't Be Changed

The font problem appears to be happening independently from anything I can find to change it.

Using the zoom function of the browser gets it readable, but...

Changing the font and font size do nothing in the theme settings.

Alas.

    The font is small in the main page, but when I click on the actual post the font returns to its normal size.
