Pretreat with potassium, Ibuprofin, and Tylenol. And make sure that you have left an easy way out.
ReplyDeleteDon't think potassium would help. It's definitely the ribs binding on the sternum. After a while I can stretch it out and get a joint-popping sound from there and I feel instantly better.
DeleteI too feel the after effects of extra labor and the length of time it takes to recover. I've gone to gym for past 4 years and notice as time goes by, my weight lifting is done with more effort than before. I time my repetitions, 30 seconds between sets. Remarkable how fast that 30 seconds goes now - I may be in some time warp ...
