Woah Canada

So called assault weapon buy backs and ending transfers of handguns?

I think we're going to see how uncompliant our neighbors beyond Damnyankeeland can be.

I wonder if revolutionarily non-compliant will happen.

RCMP has been particularly jack-booted of late, dunno how this will sit with the gun-owners.

We'll see.

  1. They may be in something of the same situation as the US, with gun-grabbers in urban centers outnumbering the gun owners in rural areas. They also seem to take particular pride in differentiating themselves from "gun nuts" in the US. If they do indeed disarm, we'll have three different paradigms in North America - - Mexico (disarmed and violent), the USA (armed and violent) and Canada (disarmed and non-violent). We'll also see if Canada goes the way of Australia into practicing tyranny on its citizens.

  2. It isn't like Canada is a free country (or as it goes "it isn't even a real country anyway"). I'll be truly surprised if they don't go full out tyranny.
