The leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion on repealing Roe v Wade is an attempt to influence the court by some staffer with access to such drafts.
This person needs to be identified and prosecuted.
For the court to do its job it need to be left alone to do it without undue influence from the shrieking mobs.
Would not put it past one of the 3 leftist Supremes. Sotomayor and Kagan have never let the Constitution stand in their way to decide how they want to rule on a subject.
ReplyDeleteI'm not usually one for collective punishments, but if the leaker doesn't step forward and isn't identified by detective work, Chief Justice Roberts should simply fire all the current clerks and start the hiring process anew, "pour encourager l'autres."
