I Counted

That article on "super owners" got me to counting...

Many.

I own Many® guns.

I don't own a significant fraction of what I've seen Willard cart about.  What's past Many®?

Even Marv has Many® guns; and he's not even a "gun guy".

  2. What lies past "Many"? "Almost - but not quite - sufficiency."

  4. That article inspired me to do a 100 percent audit.

If you count lowers, I may have a problem.

  5. I am suspicious of that survey since like many people they quote the easily disproved number of "300 million". Oh, and of course, since we are talking gun owners and nosy liberals, we KNOW the numbers are low!

  7. Of that 300 million (more than likely 400) firearms in the U.S. about 25% might be able to be traced. The rest have had their trail of ownership broken.

    1. I've seen a good argument that is is more likely north of 600 million; in the last 30 years alone, 300 millions guns have been made or imported for private use. Since that doesn't count a centuries' worth of previous production, even 400 million is low.
