Two Point One Pounds Comp-B Filler

The XM884 HE-P round is based on the US Navy 76mm Mk199 round.

That's a standard 76x636mmR projectile for the OTO Melara.

It's a pain in rear to find out the actual projectile weight and then the filler composition and weight.

I admit, I punted.

High Tech says that about 15% of projectile weight is the explosive filler in HE rounds.

I found that it's Comp-B and the shell weighs 6.35kg (14 lb.) 15% of 14 lb. is 2.1 lb.

Once I had that, it was simple to calculate the damage.
