    1. Wind powered electric incinerators, no doubt.

      Besides, overt chimneys would alarm the "guests" as they arrived and before they could be secured.

    2. The camps started out not incinerating bodies, but burying them. And, of course, in oh so efficient fashion had the prisoners dig the trenches themselves, and had other prisoners cover up the filled trenches.
