John Richardson reports that Cylinder and Slide is shutting down after more than 44 years in business.
What this really means is that when your old Colt breaks, it's going to stay broken unless you can find where the other three people who know how to repair it are.
Not to mention we're losing a great supplier of upgrades to Browning Hi-Powers just as Turkey floods the market with clones.
Ideally, Bill would have sold the place to someone to carry on his good work.
Alas... like many a family business where the kids don't share their parent's vision...
