Pocket carry of the Shield is out.
Strong side IWB is the most comfortable and easiest to get to overall.
Cross-draw IWB is best for the car, but is awkward otherwise because fat-fuck.
Both IWB modes require some sort of cover garment, and if it's cool enough for that; it's cool enough for a full-size pistol in the Miami Classic.
So the Shield will be delegated to summer carry, replacing the SIG P238. At least I'm moved up from .380 all year now!
