The Greeks sob and sob about the Elgin Marbles, but if they were where they originally were, they'd be really hard to see for the most part, and the air pollution in Athens would have half-destroyed them by now. Lord Elgin acquired them perfectly legally, however little the Greeks want to admit to it.
