The means that I used to find out it was a brake position sensor gone bad on my car would be illegal without this ruling.
I had been reading stories about how much it was costing to get it diagnosed from dealerships, and it was truly scary how bad dealers are at it.
Don't fix it, but replace something, bill the customer and call it good. Even when the codes are evident.
