I'm trying to find a nice, concise, list of changes that differentiate 1st Gen from 2nd Gen from 3rd Gen S&W pistols.
That search got me this link: "1950's US Army Pistol Testing".
That included a link to the "Colt M1971".
Back to the original quest!
