Veddy Similar

Magpul's XTM grip panels are very similar in profile to those of Knight's Armament Co.

Costs are similar too, but the XTM edges out the KAC because they're cheaper new.

They both come in several tacticool colors

The XTM panel can be placed anywhere on the rail and it's locked in.  The KAC panels only lock into the very first and very last slot of the rail.  The KAC panels  need to be slide in from the ends, often requiring the removal of the rail to get the top and bottom covers on.  The XTM comes in from the side.

WARNING OPINION! The KAC covers are more "rubbery" and have a better tactile quality.
