It's obviously dimmer than it should be and the sun angle is wrong for this level of light.

We were supposed to be at 55% and I didn't think it was dimmer than usual when I went outside. Cloudless so easy to watch with filtered glasses.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't able to get the camera on the telescope so no pics. The geometry of the tripod and angle of the sun made it hard to set up.
It was 88% where I was. I was viewing with Coronado PST.
