Autumn

While the afternoons are still a bit spicy, the evenings are becoming quite comfortable.

Mornings are chilly, but who still gets up for that?

Fall is when I think that grilling season begins in Florida, so the grill got thoroughly cleaned today.

    I live in the buggy South too. I'd be happy with just turning the humidity down from simmer. Perspiration Incontinence still here in south Texas.

    I'm going to be putting a brisket and some other meat on the smoker for the weekend... It's the annual Oktoberfest Bier tasting time... I have 16 that will be compared and rated... Local, imported from the other states and imported from Europe categories... need some BBQ to go with them.
