Just re-wired part of my garage as one outlet I needed for the generator trickle/float charger was mysteriously dead. Turns out a feed going to what was once an outdoor fountain/bird bath is shorted somewhere (buried). Easy fix - disconnect it from power point and tape up the wire with a note for future owners to find ;-). Going to need some more cheap 1/4" strandboard to replace the panel destructively removed, darned ringnails are a pain to get out, will use screws on this one section, again to make it easier on the next guy (it is a garage after all).
