Palestine has always been a region, not a nation. But this isn't what the debate is about, and never was.
The "Palestinians" were historically primary mostly just nomadic theives and land pirates. Harsh, but it's what you will find if you look it up. There's a reason why none of the other majority Muslin countries accepted them permanently as refugees or absorbed them into their societies. They're mostly not wanted even by other Arabic speaking people. If you google it you'll find lots of references that that that many other Arabic groups do not like Palestinians and believed that letting them into their contries would destabilize them. Of course it was also because of hatred of Isreal and wanting to make the Paletinians the Jew's problem.

ReplyDeleteSoftware Janitor, no only that but the majority of them were not in the current region. When the UN f'ed things up with their Palestinian refugee program all the Muslim countries in the area used that as an excuse to get rid of all the Palestinians in their countries and shipped them where they are now.
