'Tis A Silly Place
Decided to hang the Krag, because it was getting in the way. That got me to hang up the cartridge belt, altered M1873 revolver and M1860 saber.
The first shot captures a lot of the silliness and geekery which I surround myself with.
It's a lot better than focusing on the shit that gives me nightmares.

There used to be a gun store near what was called the Johnsville Naval Air Development Center.
ReplyDeleteIf I remember correctly the store was called Harrington and Vandergriff.
I remember they had a Gatling gun in the center of the store chambered in .30-40 and I remember my father and I looking at Krags for sale.
I don't recall the prices, but that is one of those rifles I wish I'd bought.
Hey Angus;
ReplyDeleteLooks really good, On a different note, I recall you sending me a link to upgrade the trigger on my S&W sigma a while back. Do you perchance recall the link? and the info?
